Read the Unified Codex of Recognition Ethics

The Codex is the framework stated formally: axioms, criteria, obligations, and rights, each with a stable citation code (R, O7, T3, T24, C13, and the rest) so that arguments about the framework can point at exactly the clause they mean. It is written as jurisprudence, something a court, a legislature, or an engineering standard could adopt, rather than as advocacy.
